What is the difference between a free account and Pro account?
a free account will allow you to use the iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows 8 Store app for free. all data will be stored locally in your phone or computer.
a Pro account will have the all the features in free account plus backup and sync. Datas will automatically sync across platforms and devices. Pro account will also be able to access the same data from http://customerkeeperapp.com
You are free to upgrade your account any time.
How do I upgrade to Pro account?
Go to Setting and account, choose a Pro Package of time length you want to purchase.
What happen if my Pro account is expired?
The backup and sync function will be disabled, and access to http://customerkeeperapp.com will be read only.
You will be able to renew your account at any time.
How do I sync my data?
Your data will automatically sync upon openning the App, if you have made changes on one devices, your other devices will have the same data once you open the app in other devices.
